Patrice Rolle is the Managing Director of Affinity Insurance Agency. She has worked in various capacities in the industry across multiple management posts and has over 25 years of insurance industry knowledge, including Life, Health and General Insurance. Additionally, she has worked as a Senior Manager with the Bahamas Insurance regulators, The Insurance Commission of the Bahamas, with international training in Market Conduct and Insurance Regulation.

Patrice has been registered with the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas as an insurance Life and Health and General Insurance salesperson in the Bahamas since 1999. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and an MBA in Business Management Consultancy from Anglia Ruskin University in London.

She also holds various certificates that include; Insurance Core Principals - Financial Stability Institute (International Association of Insurance Supervisors Programme), CARIFORM & EQUINOCCO Level II Completion Law workshop - Certification Advanced Training Programme in Competition Law, Lloyd’s International Regulator’s Programme - Lloyds of London, MCM Market Conduct Management Certification - Insurance Regulatory Society, International Program for Pension Fund Managers and Supervisors - Toronto Centre, Climate Risk and its implications for financial stability - Toronto Centre, Introduction to Reinsurance - Munich Re.
